Creating an Infrastructure

The following information has been compiled to assist individuals with the process of identifying existing ATV/Quad safety training programs and /or developing a new ATV/Quad safety training infrastructure in their province/territory.

Which-ever situation you find your province/territory in, consider working with the ATV/Quad rider federation, government departments and other stakeholders to move the project forward in an effective, and reasonable manner. While the information contained in the following text refers to the CASI ATV RiderCourseSM  (CASI) a national ATV/Quad programs, please keep in mind that other provincial/territorial program(s) may exist.

Also be aware that provincial/territorial government laws pertaining to ATV/Quad use supercedes CASI and Manufacturers' information.

Canadian AQCC Safety Institute (CASI) is a national, not for profit organization that operates under the All Terrain Quad Council of Canada (AQCC), which was founded in 2006. The Council offers Canada wide certification in ATV/Quad Instructor and Chief Instructor preparation as well as the ATV RiderCourseSM program. Certified Chief ATV/Quad Safety Instructors are located throughout Canada and are qualified to instruct the four-day ATV/Quad Safety Instructor Preparation Workshop and the half day CASI ATV RiderCourseSM nationally. In turn, ATV/Quad Safety Instructors are certified to instruct the CASI ATVRiderCourseSM nationally.
